1. Governing law

4. How we respond

On receiving a valid notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material expeditiously. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to the person who provided the material so they can respond.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe material you provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification including: your name, postal address and telephone number; your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; and a statement that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We will consider valid counter-notifications and may restore the material where appropriate.

6. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we will restrict, suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
